Alex ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiterin und unterstützt in der Professur für Nachhaltige Ernährungswirtschaft in die Forschungsgruppe für Transformative Nachhaltigkeits-wissenschaft. Mit ihrem Doppelabschluss in Global Sustainability Science von der Arizona State University und der Leuphana Universität Lüneburg sowie ihrer Erfahrung in der Nachhaltigkeitsbildung und -politik trägt Alex zur Entwicklung der transformativen Nachhaltigkeitswissenschaft in Lehre und Forschung bei.
